tight steering

Hi Guys,

New to the forum. We just bought a new 2009 sportsman 500 HO and were surprised at how tight the steering felt compared to our older 2wd trail boss. I know that 4wd can effect this, but is there anything I can do so it's easier for my sisters and dad to drive around without getting tired of steering it?
Thanks!

if you are on flater hard pack terrain, you can add a couple more pounds of air into the front tires to help reduce friction

Also make sure that your cv boots and anything else is rubbing lke mud, sticks or rocks. Also it is harder to turn in one direction then the other?
