New to site, picked up a used Sportsmen??

New to site and new to the sport. I picked up a 03 Sportsmen 700 today and looking for info.

I need to change out a CV boot on front so I am looking for a service manual and also looking for a owners manual as being new to 4 wheeling it's nice to know as much as possible.

Looking for info on MPG?

Service wise is there anything I should watch out for?

Looking for good places to find parts and accessory's?

Thanks

Watch the front axle for any water and keep the oil changed in it or the rollers will rust and then not engage the 4x4. the fix for it is about $300 for parts and then about 5-6 hours to make the repair. it is a simple repair but time consuming.

Thanks for the info. I am changing all fluids and filters before I ride it. I spent today at the car wash washer the previous owners dirt and straw out of it. Changed out CV boot and air filter. I will have to pick up axle lube and the rest this week.

So far so good.
