2004 sportsman atv road tires

Hi All,

When I was checking out the 500HO, I completely forgot to look to see what brand of tires is on it. How good are the factory tires?

I am looking at road riding, and some trail riding. Once I find some good trails around here, I will ride the road to get to them. We are allowed to ride the roads in Ontario.

If I had to replace them, what is a good tire, with both uses in mind?

The atv will have stock steel rims on it.

They come with Titan 489s. Good all around tire. Replacement tires I would recomend are the ITP Terracross, XTR and MudLite.
