alternator output??

I am just new to the ATV world.
Ive purchased a 2004 Sportsman 600 with 800miles. The machine is very clean, but I bought it with the suspected front diff cage problem. I will post on that if I run into problems, but there seems to be enough info on the net regarding the fix.
My questions is to do with the alternator output. Since I plan on running in during the winter, I would like to run heated grips. Also, I am looking at a 2-up seat/trunk. It also comes with an option to hook up handlebar warmers.
What is the output on my alternator? Do I need to be concerned about the extra electrical load? Is there an upgrade if I do decide to run both sets of hand warmers?

Thanks

You should have more than enough power to run heated grips. Don't forget about the thumb too! I have a GPS, rally lights, camcorder, and a cell phone hooked up almost all the time with no issues on charging everything.
