skid plate for '01 Sportsman 400
Greetings, I am new this forum. I recently purchased my first ATV, a 2001 Sportsman 400, and have been very happy with it except for the fact that I have shredded two CV joint boots in the past 15 hours or so of riding. I mainly ride wooded trails so it's most like sticks or branches getting kicked up.
Now that I have had the second occurance, I am thinking that skid plates would be in order, but I can not find anyone that makes one for an '01 Sportsman 400.
Does anyone know of someone that might still make one or have something lying around? Any help or direction is appreciated.
