what cylinders interchange for 99

what cylinders interchange for a 99?
im guessing the cylinder is bored out too big..no compression and new stock piston
or what about a sleve? can i install them myself or do i need to take it to a machine shop?

Polaris has had that style of motor for many ,many years. You may want to disassemble it and check to see if maybe you didn't break one of the piston rings upon installation,or you may have purchased the incorrect piston and ring set for the bore--better off to let your machine shop do the ordering.
Sleeves can be had, but pricewise you might be better off getting a used jug off of e-bay.

so piston is 72mm and jug is 73.23mm what would be my best option...also if i just bought a sleve what would it be bored too? and does anyone have a hole jug theyd be willing to sell?

I don't know of any 250 jugs. I have a 350 and a 400 jug for sale.
