Brake Lever Wires Cut?

I have a 1987 Trailboss 4x4,
So as i continue the progress on my "giant pile" as my friend has come to endearingly call it i have swapped out the ignition(which was all sorts of haggard) to a working one with key.
I have replaced the throttle cable, cleaned the carb and am plugging away on a list of a few things.
Now on to the question at hand.
What do these wires two wires coming from the brake handle go to? Or went to? Some previous owner felt the need to cut them off about 3 inches out, can someone post a pic of where they were supposed to be. I have checked the wiring harness diagrams on bikebandit and its split between the wiring diagram and the handlebars.
Are these just to the rear brake or what.

Ill post a pic in just a little bit

wow. you really need a new brake line. that pic made me cringe... pickup a good steel braided line with/and the correct banjo fittings.

i assume the wires were for the tail light?

ps. get a new brake line.

Thus the name "giant pile" ,and complete brake system overhaul is on the list lol.

Thats what i thought it was for, just wondering if anyone knew where they are supposed to join into the wiring harness
