2002 Trail Blazer getting very little spark

I have a 2002 polaris trial blazer that ran fine a couple of months ago then i sunk it in some water, after that it didn't run that good so we have another trailblazer in our backyard which is an older model but i don't know what year. So i switched the motors out and the motor was hard to keep running, we think it was getting flooded out easily because we would shoot air into the intake with an air hose and it would run fine but when we shut it off it would take forever to get it started again. So i took apart the old motor and cleaned it all out and put it back in, and i wasn't getting any spark. So i took off the magneto and cleaned it because it was VERY dirty and now I'm getting a little bit of spark but not enough to start and i don't know if i need to buy a new magneto or what so could someone please help me.

I have a 1998 suzuki and i sunk it, pulled it out and it started after brief convo. it ran good. till again it sank in water and sucked it in to the intake. it didn't start till i shoke it around. try replacing the spark plug and them manually start it from the solenoid. if that don't work i would consider a mechanic.
