Smile 1996 Trail Blazer Carb Picture

Anyone have a picture of these carbs with details of what the parts are? Jets,Idle Screw, choke ETC?

I have a clogged Carb and need to know what it takes to take it off and what the parts are so I can use the writeup that describes how to clean it. I have the writeup just not familiar with the parts. Any help is appreciated. I think I can figure it out if I get the carb off I guess. Thanks. <===Lefty===

Go to a polaris parts website such as babbittsonline.com click on atv parts, polaris, year, model, then carb. After doing that you can zoom in on the picture to see it better.

After taking out the carb and cleaning it I put everything back in and still no go. Found out I wasn't getting any fuel to it. Took out the Switch(on/Off) and cleaned it 2 times and still no go. I then blew through it and found inside the switch was clogged and I couldn't get it fixed. Went down and bought a new one and now after adjusting the carb I have it running good again. I will never leave an ATV sit that long again without adding Stabil to the gas.

Glad to hear you got it going. It is always good to use a fuel stablizer. Ethanol in the gas is causing alot of problems with carb engines.

use SEafoam in it 4 or 5 times a year and it will help stabilize and does a good job of keeping things clean

I have had fair luck with these websites. There are several. The pictures are okay for figuring out where that extra part goes, and most things are somewhat named. My problem is that some things aren't named. Example: for my ATV carb, there is a part that I need to know what it is. The name is "adjuster". Okay...for what??? Another one I found was "screw". It's not actually a screw, it is an adjusting screw, but for what???

Anyway, it's a good reference to a point.

I don't know if this covers your year or engine size.
