2005 trailblazer 250 idle

i can not get the idle to go down
if i turn the idle screw left or right it does not change
and ideas?
is it time to rebuild the carb?
i have looked for rebuild kits but i can not find one for a 2005
let me know

Id say start by looking for an air leak, spray some carb clean around the outside of the boots. After that you may look at pilot jetting

Air leak, throttle cable needs to be lubed, or throttle cable is adjusted too tight.
