Buying a 2004 TB - Concerns?
I'm buying a TB 250 that has a starter problem (pull cord works fine) but seemed to have an issue with periodic rpm vary - it sits and idles at one level then idles down after a while. Seems like it has low hrs (still orig tires) current owner has it for about 4 yrs now. It sounds like the stock exhaust is quite restrictive any solutions out there? Any other issues to look for? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
