I picked up 03 Trail Blazer for brother

So my brother has started selling his sleds because of the awful winters in Michigan lately. He is starting to pick up ATVs for him, wife and 3 kids. He found this 03 Trail Blazer and I went and picked it up for him yesterday, I live 2.5 hours closer to where it was located than him.

Looks very clean considering the age. Shocks and muffler look new, little rust on foot wells. One small crack on plastic. New belt, battery, plug and only ran Polaris synthetic in the oil injection. Has a brand new Cycle Country plow, ice screws, rear chains and windshield.

The windhield was the first thing to come off. The guy just bought the plow, chains and windshield. He then moved onto the water and bought a cig boat, so he decided to get rid of his toys. I have been going through it, greasing it up, drain the float, tire ressure, etc.

Starts up first key turn or pull. $2k.

*Cycle Country plows are surprisingly great quality. I always thought they were bottom of the barrel, like Polaris plows. Powder coated, thick steel and better welds than my G3. I was very impressed.

So I wonder how well It plows? Seems like it could get awkward on a 2-stroke

Im sure it probably does. He actually bought it for rail riding. He has a plow on his truck, just use this to plow a hockey rink. They usually get a lot of snow in northern Michigan where he is at, the last two years have been ridiculously mild. I am anxious to see how it does in the snow with ice screws and chains. My Trail Boss sucks in the snow if you let off the gas.

Looks like a nice machine for that age and price.Im going to look at and 02 Trail Blazer this weekend in Wixom Mi. I hope it's even close to as clean as yours. I can understand why your brother is selling his sleds. Im still waiting to go ice fishing this year....Should of left my boat out.

Yeah, the winters have been a joke lately.

Looks like a pretty good find.
