polaris 250 trailblazer no bottom end

Dear Readers,
First off thanks for reading... Ok it is a 2006 Trailblazer 250 The Engine was just rebuilt by Polaris I pulled it out put a top end kit in it then the bottom end went out... anyway i got it all put back together and now no start has fuel and air but No spark i Took the ignigtion coil off and honeslty i dunno how the wires go theres to Eye holes and a Redish Orange wire coming from the Engine where do these go and does the Ign. Ground itself because when i test fired it i only had the Top Bolt in the Ign Coil none in the bottom?? Please Help!
