Some trail boss 330 questions
Hey guys, well i will be using my atv for offroad use when i get the hub from polaris,
I was just wondering what is the best / cheapest battery to use, as i know the boss has a pull start so not too bothered about being stranded sumwhere,
( unless battery dies and i snap the pull cord. )
Also where is the best place to buy the pvt belts, and how much do they cost,.
Also how expensive are polaris for replacement plastics,
As the quad looks ok, but i dont like the blue, and id like to paint or change the plastics,
Thanks in advance guys

Probably the best-cheapest battery IMO to use would be a bikemaster brand battery. pretty good bang for your buck. but there are lots of different middle ground brands that different shops might stock, so just stop by and see what they got. middle ground battery should be $50-$80 or so, higher end is going to be probably $100+

im not too fimiliar with aftemarket belts, but the OEM one is PN# 3211077 and is $55 for reference.

OEM plastics will be expensive. a couple hundred bucks easily. pretty much 03-09 plastics will swap. you dont want to paint these plastics because the paint will not stick to the plastic well without alot of work, and i mean a lot of prep first! places to check are your local dealer, i know our shop had all kinds of misc bodywork from various machines, ebay, craigslist, ect. you might be able to find someone who wants blue plastic and swap em straight across.
Thanks in advance guys
