'03 330 trailblazer

New guy to the forum. My wife has been riding this trailblazer since '03 when we got it new. Been a great machine and have put lots of miles on it. Well, recently the fan would run as soon as the key was turned to on, even when the machine is dead cold and hasn't been ridden. I was hoping someone could lead me in the right direction on what to look for as the problem. A few years ago, I looked for a manual, but the only one I could find was one from Polaris and it covered several vehicals. This manual had more stuff in it that was of no use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a temp sensor on most bikes that acts like a thermostat in a house. Youll want to test this piece. It is usally located on the radiator and it will have one or 2 wires going to it. This directly controls the fan on most bikes.
