clutching with tires ?

hey guys/gals i have a 01 polaris trailblazer 250 the previous owner installed 24-11-10 bear claw tires on the rear and i think they are a little big for my stock clutching im told the rears stock should be 22-11-10 would this differenct in tire size be enough to make it a little gutless ? im looking into a hot seat performance speed kit any one ever try this ?
