I bought a Polaris service manual for mine off of Ebay. It is a .pdf file on a CD. I could not be more happy with it. Very detailed.

Check ebay.... I got a CD for $10. It's a copy of the OEM Polaris manual.

I have an older Trail Boss. I bought the Haynes Manual. I has pretty much been useless. It covers to many models and years and didn't have any specific information on the systems tha i needed help with (Rear brake caliper service, starter removal) I have found much more information in this forum. I am going to look into the the polaris pdf. Thanks for posting the link.

I haven't been able to find a hard copy for less then $70.00. Is that reasonable? I bought a Yamaha manual for my V-Star 1100 and I don't think I paid more than $40
