1999 Trailboss 250 wont start!!

I just bought the boss 2 days ago and i rode it for 2 days with no problems i start it up the next day take it for a ride and no problems i leave to go to a party come back later and try to start it up and it wouldnt start after about 20 mins i just gave up but it sounded like it was ready to turn over and just before it did it would quit anybody got any ideas on whats wrong?

Were you using the choke? Not? More info helps!!!

Yes i was using the choke and i took a look underneath it and theres a couple fuel lines that arent attached cuz that have something to do with it?

You might be flooding it, I only use the choke when its very cold. Mine dosent care to start with the choke on unless its very cold, but check comp.

Yupp that was the problem after 3 hours of trying to find out what was wrong i took out the spark plug and sure enough it was flooded now it runs just like it should...what kind of oil do you use for it?

I use premix and usually use valvoline 2 cycle if not just whatever is on the shelf.

Also im not sure if its a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke
