You could buy the arched a arms that come stock on the 1K and highlifter bikes they will bolt right up. Probably won't be the cheapest way to get where you want to be. Superatv makes front and back highlifter makes rear aftermarket arched. Or you could buy a 3 inch lift and get lift and arches all the way around

 

Teixeira Tech also makes some that works on the Sportsman and Scrambler.
