Polaris 850 WV

Just stopped in at my local Polaris dealer and they had one of the WV models. this thing has to weight a ton. Every thing is steel and the tire's are really different. I would like to find out how they bonded the rubber tread to the plastic wheel. Hope you have lots of money when you wear down the tread and have to change tires. You would have to buy a whole new tire and wheel assembly. This unit has to weight 1000 lbs.

Ya they do weight a ton, I forget how much. They also have huge gas tanks compatibly. I wonder how much those tires so cost.

It's got like a 11.75 gallon tank on it and I think they start around $14k

They seem like more of a work ATV than a take it and ride in mountains to me. But I haven't saw one in real life.

Those tires would be worthless in the mud! They would just fill with mud and become as heavy as the bike!

Looks pretty sick. But at 1100lbs... Whew... And I thought my Touring was heavy...
