Picture in Profile?
Do you have to have a certain amounto of posts before you can have a picture in your profile? I added one under My Accounts but when I post it does not appear. Thanks!

No, you don't need 'x' amount of posts to add an avatar, it just needs to be under a certain pixel size. The limit is 120x120 pixels, so that's probably why your pic isn't showing up.
I assume you mean your avatar and not a created album.

I'm asking about the little pictrure next to your username when you post or reply to a thread.
What software do you use to shrink a photo to 120x120?

I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro but even good old MS Paint can be used for a simple pixel resize.
The reason you didn't see the pic immediately is your browser was using the cached page view of the site from the visit before you added the picture. You can force the browser to obtain the latest version of any website by holding down the keyboard 'SHIFT' key while clicking RELOAD on the browser top menu toolbar.
Its a long story, and makes sense if computers are your thing, but I will leave it at that and glad that you got it all working.

^ I understand..
and he is right! I resize in photoshop, but thats only because I have it, and that program is way overkill just to resize. There are a handful of online sites too that if you upload your pic to them, and tell them what size the image needs to be, it will resize it for you to that size. If computers are pretty foreign to you, that probably didnt make sense. No biggie though. Its working now, thats all that matters
