When I go to Quick Links /Mark Forums read, I constantly get: Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Is there a way to fix this? If so, please let me know...Thanks for any help resolving this matter.

Just use the one on the main page towards the bottom.
I asked about this many moons ago.
