Scrambler Clutch Inlet and Outlet Ducts

Just bought an 02 Scrambler 400 and noticed tube for outlet duct is missing and the inlet duct doesn't connect to anything. Im not familiar with Polaris drives. Are these important, should i order replacement ducts? where should they connect? What is the reservoir on inlet duct used for?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, they are essential parts. The inlet has the coolant reservoir on it and attaches to the engine case via the clutch inlet boot #24 in the second pic.
The outlet attaches to the clutch cover.

Right on. They keep dirt out of your clutches. While you have the cover off clean and inspect.

If I'm wrong tell me so
