So I have a 2016 sportsman 850. I want to buy rhino axles so I can run a lift. The rear is fine, no binding. The front binds so I absolutely need them.

The problem is superatv has the front as a direct replacement for part #1332440. From looking around online this part # isn't even associated with the sportsman or scrambler line. It looks like it's for rzrs. I know that it's probably just a mistake but like wth... superatv is making thousands if not millions you'd think that they would fix stuff like this. You mean I'm the only person that has noticed this? Besides that I need to wait and contact them bc now I'm not very confident that these will even fit my machine. Has anyone bought these and what was your machine? Just ridiculous. Their website is terrible. I really want the rhino 2.0 it's the same deal, I don't even know if they make them for my machine or if they will fit. You can't even select "front" for either product. I can't imagine that they're sold out of fronts. I just think their site sux.

Also the part # for the rear seems to be correct.

Ok of what I know certain RZR fronts are sportsman XP rears. Also rhinos aren't the best choice for lifted applications. Better to go with gorillas, Highlifter pro series, Taylor's, or cobras.

Ya but the part # is for an sportsman front...not rear. Also partzilla will show the majority of machines a part works for and again it doesn't say anything about sportsman or scrambler. Even walmart.Com has that part # listed for a rzr. I will check those companies out. I just know riding season coming fast and superatv recommend these cv joints for this lift. If it's going to break it will be in the next 6 months , they offer 1 yr warranty so I'd assume free replacement. Especially if they recommend these cv joints with their lift.

Ok gotcha. I remember reading that the 2.0's were recommended for the super ATV lifts. I agree then they would be the sxel to use.

lol ya that makes sense but wth, how do they expect the average person to know that... it's a good read. Has me thinking about some stock rzr axles.

As for anyone following this thread it doesn't appear that they even make the rhino 2.0 for the 850, 1000 yet. Doesn't make much sense you'd think bigger motors would need beefier parts.. but they make the 2.0 for the 450 & 570. I realize there is a lot more 450s and 570s out there but wth.

On that note. Superatv only has the 450 and 570 listed for fitting the rhino 2.0 under the sportsman xp section. ...

If we're saying that non s model rzr front axle replaces the sportsman xp. Super atv does however carry a rhino 2.0 axle for the non s rzr that actually says it's a direct replacement for whatever part # I had posted originally.

Anyone think I'd be a fool to go for the rhino 2.0 designed for the rzr non s?

So just to update this for anyone that maybe having similar issues. ...apparently superatv has stopped selling front axles for sportsman xp and scrambler. The reason they gave me was that the fronts were popping off for some people. Supposedly they're going to focus on getting the 2.0's out in the coming months. ... just kinda dumbfounding.
