01 sportsman 500 H.O vs 2018 sportsman 450 H.O?

Quick question....

My buddy just bought a 2018 450 h.o sportsman. I got an 01 500 H.Osportsman. Of course the natural thing is to have fun debates over who will beat who.

We havent had the chance to line them up yet...but will that 450 embarass my 500? Will it be tight? Or will i embarass him?

Both quads run excellent and both riders weigh within 20lbs of each other.

Im inclined to think my 500 will win, but im just curious what yall thought

Nice to know that they are similar in performance considering the 17 yr age difference.

I also have an '01 500
