It goes into limp mode..check engine light comes on and I haven't had a chance to check the codes.....I was going to try and see if u could bleed any air out of the system to see if that helps

most times the rad looks really clean but u really need to get in there and flush rad out with water from behind it going in between fan blades and from sides,
i've had it happen once , u can see dirt mud but its stuck in there, if u have already done that than u can park on a small hill or lift front of quad to purge air out and burp hose but if u have not just replaced fluid its probably not air in system,
obviously never open cap if fluid is not cold or then u could suck air in system, let fan cycle on off a couple of times with front jacked up or parked on hill.
did u check underneath quad to see if weeping hole is dripping when quad is warmed up ?

If it started overheating after ya installed aftermarket muffler..ya problem is it's running too lean..these machines are real lean stock from factory..but checking ya radiator is important..might look clean. But alot of dirt can hide in their

Cody, you do know that the grill just pops right out to make cleaning the radiator very easy to clean on your machine don't you? Just press down and pull out on the tab at the top of the grill.
