Please help! 2016 Sportsman 850

So I was out mudding on the trails this weekend and drowned it a few times but luckily hit the killswitch before it went under. But it had no power. Started up fine and idled fine but no real power. Just thought my plugs got wet, water in gas, or something. Got it home took the plugs not to bad, the air filter was a little soggy but it still started up with no power. Checked the dipstick to see if there was water in the oil and it looked good. Went to start it again and the dipstick blew out and was sheared off about half way. Sound familiar to anyone? Im kinda at a loss and afraid to try and start it again if the is something failing internally.

Sounds like you may have water in your belt housing, there is a RED plug in the bottom, pull it and see if water comes out.

The Oil Dipstick, you didn't put it in straight and when the crankshaft rotated you broke it off, many on this sight have done that....... some fish out the broken plastic some don't.....

I already ordered a flexible grabber tool and a lighted endoscope to try and finish out the dipstick piece. But I think maybe I mis spoke. The engine almost falls down on itself when I go to rev it. It doesn't rev up and not move the bike. It just doesn't rev at all. It wants to but stops. To add to it when I was out on the trail I was getting a LO 7.8 message then eventually my display and speedo stopped all together.

Remove every electrical connector, dry it with shop air, clean it with electrical connector cleaner, and die-electric grease it.

I would also test dc voltage at the battery with the machine running preferably at 3.000rpm. Should be 13.5-14.5vdc.

low voltage will affect the ignition and the fuel injection - check that you did not get water in the fuel tank
