New member thanks for the add.

I have some questions on some ATV issues and I'm getting the run around from 2 different dealers .
First off main issue is with my 2015 850sp it eats belts and clutches like crazy.
I never make it to the suggested 1000mile clutch service.
With that said I'm using my machines hard .
I have a weekend firewood business and I'm pulling 4x7 trailers that haul 50cubis feet and I'm below the suggested towing weight rating.
But with that siad I had clutch and belt issues before that without pulling anything I'd have clutch issues just hunting.
My freshly rebuilt clutch and new OEM belt has right at 500miles on it
Within the first weekend after a Polaris dealer rebiult the clutch it was engaging at a higher rpm like 1900 to 2400rmp worse in reverse it will about throw you over the handle bars when it engaged.
And now it's free wheeling down hills in high and low forward or reverse.
I've never been in to the clutch .
I have the tire and sheild off the belt off and that primary clutch one way brg rolls both directions and has 1/8"+ front to back movement.
And with the belt removed when I slowly increase the throttle the primary doesn't move tell 2400ish rpm and it moves 1/2" instantly.
And when I let off the throttle it sticks there and slowly comes back to the rear?
Is it messed up again with only 500miles on it?
I'm sick of buying belts every 300 miles or less and paying 800$+ every 400 to 500miles to get that clutch rebiult.
And the time before this last repair the trany wouldn't shift unless I shut the machine off and my boy kinda forced it once and something broke in the transmission costing me 1800 to fix.
Like I said the issue has stemmed from when it was brand new and did it for 4000miles before I even pulled a trailer .
Ive contacted ESP clutches waiting on a call back.
Tia sorry for the long winded post.

I can't help you with your clutch grief but it is nice to have you here with us Vince. My bro used to reside in Northern ID and later moved down to Twin Falls.
