Hey all, so dirtbikes are going away and now snow is kicking in and ATVs start coming out :) so, this will be a dedicated snow atv essentially and I usually ride in deep snow to hardpacked snow.

I was looking at kenda executioner, issue is I have a 570..not sure if I have an interest to get a 1000 down the road or not but this will do for now.

was hoping someone has actual feedback on snow with these tires?

so far I am deciding between these 3

You are looking at the wrong tires for snow. Mud tires make for poor snow tires. Two of the best tires I've seen in the snow are Maxxis Bighorn's and Kenda Bearclaw HTR's. I've done a lot of snow riding, and those are two of the best I have seen and/or used.

thanks for the feedback. yeah dont matter which tires a 3ft drift is always going to be tough to ride on ;)
I am also looking at similar tread patterns as well.

I saw a video of cubeezx? (think that is his name on youtube) and he had zillas and he was pushing around 3ft snow which I thought was impressive.

when it snows, I usually ride in areas in CO where it usually does not exceed 2ft but occasional 3 or 4 ft drifts will be there.

Maxxis Zillas are AWESOME in the snow. Added bonus for that 570 you're running is Zillas are on the lighter side.

For snow, horsepower rules. Most everyone in our group has either an 850 or 1000. They all like bighorns. I am using a set of Maxxis Vipers that I like real well. Two things about vipers, they run small for there size rating and they go forward better than backward in deep snow. I end up going in to deep and then cannot back up as good as bighorns.
The thing I like better is they don't slide sideways as bad on an angle hill and they turn better in snow than Bighorns.

We ride all winter. Most of the really deep stuff is off limits as of OCT 15 anyhow so we ride lower elevations all winter. Anything under 1 foot deep is fair game. Much over that, bring a rope.

^^^^^^^^^^°:dito:!!!!!!! I'll add that clearance is up there in the list when riding snow. Another reason the Maxxis Zillas work so well. Also like Duecer mentioned directional tires don't work as well reversing as they do going forward. So when you're stuck you are stuck. And Zillas are directional but saving ponies is top priority when snow riding and they are on the lighter side.
