Yeah - that's the Polaris way - take a pic and post it - we'll try to figure it out for you -

The last 04 Trailblazer I worked on had a VIN of 4XABA25C342504371

First 3 digits are the World Manufacturer Index (4XA identifies as US made Polaris) - BA25C is the model designation (25 indicated 250) - 3 is a check digit (calculated with a algorithm) 10th digit indicates model year - 9th digit is the plant code - last 6 digits is the production sequence

Using the example, perhaps you can decipher your VIN

First, I’d like to thank you for your and not ghosting me like most forums. Here are some pics. I think there’s a part on the right side by the chain that may be broke. Thank you again!!!

Your sprocket hub has the shoulder that slides over the stopper ring broken off. My guess is that as you tighten the nuts on the other side, the hub pushes the ring out of it's groove and it slides down the axle or the nuts run out of threads and the hub never gets pushed over the ring. And I agree with polman - the VIN is 4XABA25C752751054 and it is an 05 model 250

Well I know for sure I need new bearings. What would you suggest for an axel housing? Thanks for figuring out the vin number!

Why are you replacing the housing rather than rebuilding the original?
Here's a whole kit with housing, bearings, seals and all.

Housing 5134460 is $109 from Polaris - sprocket hub 1520795 is $103 from Polaris and both are still available

I would go for the housing polman suggested and here's an OEM hub for $103 with free shipping 1520795 Sprocket Hub

Here's an aftermarket hub for $65 and free shipping 1520795 aftermarket hub
