I'm the same way the clutch in and out is very low at about the top of the tires and the engine air box inlet is right below the handlebars.I too been looking for a small upgrade.
The clutch intake is that low????? The exhaust isn't as important unless you shut the machine down and if you do that in deep water you have bigger problems!!!
You ever find anything OP? I've sorta thought about trying to get the belt ducting up a little higher. I don't do much water but have to sometimes to get where I wan to go. The OEM clutch ducts are uncomfortably low for me too.
