Talking Newbie Sportsman Question

I am looking to get into an ATV, I found a 96 Sportsman 400 4X4 liquid cooled for sale nearby. I plan on playing and doing some snowplowing on a long paved driveway. Does anyone know what the compression on that model should be? I'd like to check it before I puchase it.
