Flushing Brake Fluid

What's the best way to change out the brake fluid on a '96 explorer 300? Is there a power flush adapter that'll somehow accomplish this or do I need to do it the old fashioned way until the fluid runs clear out the bleed screws?

The old fashioned way is free and only takes a few minutes.

If you have a compressor harbor freight has a pneumatic vacuum bleeder that works great used it on my truck and flushed the fluid in no time. Plus you don't have to sit there and pump it. I told the little adapters off and just push the hose onto the bleeder. It's also only like $25 I think.

Garden sprayer pressure bleeder. bleeder
You'll need a replacement Master Cylinder cap with a hose nipple installed.
