Front diff’s

Owning my Polaris has been nothing but a dream, only nightmare I’m having is with the Front Diff. 2nd diff in a year. Was wondering if I would be able to bolt a 2019 HighLifter 1000 Front Diff onto my 2015 Sportsman 1000xp. Or at this point if anyone knows of an aftermarket company making heavy duty front Diff’s. Any help is apreciated!

Sad part is yes I have.. had the same problem last winter on my stock 26’s.. now I’m rolling 30s and it’s still a problem. Had the cover changed to what was a “heavy duty” but it don’t seem like that to me

As i see on your photo pinion cover you’ve updated is made from cast but not billet. Am i right? If so this may be a reason
