07 Sportsman 500 DLX CV Boot Replacement question

I have a 2007 Sportsman 500 dlx. I am trying to replace the rear CV boot which requires pulling the axle out. All I have seen on You Tube shows a Clamp (snap ring) that you have to remove for it to pull out. Mine does not have this clamp? How do you get it out of there and back in? I appreciate any answers.

Some cheap aftermarket drive shafts are crimped instead of having a snap ring. Boot tears and you replace the shaft

If you're talking about getting the axle out, you just jerk straight out on it once you get the hub and bearing carrier and stuff out of the way. There is a spring ring (#6) on the end of the shaft that holds it in the differential. A retaining ring holes the CV on the shaft (#7) and the boot is held on with clamps (#'s 4 and 2). They are ALL made the same general way with some slight variations.
Not sure what you're talking about a "Clamp (snap ring)"??
