As for use, the brochures for the Scrambler indicate that jumping it is perfectly fine. I broke all headlight mounts and destroyed every bushing, wheel bearing, and tie rod end on the bike. If they stood behind their claims of what they show on the brochure, all of those replacement parts would have been covered for my wheeler when I had to have everything replaced.
Fox suspension or not, snorkel or not, the rider is ultimately responsible for the actions taken on their bike. Polaris has their warranty claims down to a science. If they don’t “want” to cover it, they won’t. It will all depend on the relationship your dealer has with them.
Your better bet would have been turning it into insurance. They would have totaled it and you’d be looking for a new bike within a week of filing a claim.
Probably a little too late to take out insurance. But you better believe i'll be taking out a policy once i get it fixed.

The service manager said he has a great relationship with Polaris and that they typically ask for his recommendation. We'll see how that goes. i'll post back when i know more.
Thanks

afmanaf, we can completely remanufacture the Sportsman 1000 for $3,495 with core exchange with Free Shipping both ways in the lower 48 states. Our reman process includes a complete tear down of the engine, replacement of worn/damaged parts, washing and media blasting, in house CNC machine work, reassembly by our skilled techs, final inspection/testing and shipping back to you or your dealership. The engine will come back looking and running like new. Give us a call at 812-402-8282 and ask for Chris or Corey to learn more. www.nflowmotorsports.com

You’re spot on !

Yet why do they always advertise these bikes buried in water and mud and successfully pulling thru ?

I’d fight like hell if they denied my claim.

You can fight all you want , if you don't follow recommended use then you're SOL.

I bet the scrambler manual doesn't list jumping either.

Not from what I’ve seen. Pull it off the showroom floor and out the front door and all bets are off.

Very happy for you. Didn’t sound like you abused it any more than it’s designed.

Hope the new motor hooks up well with the machine and it runs great.

I love it when I'm wrong about something like this. You need to promote the guy that's taking care of you and probably buy him lunch.
