I guess I failed to see this post - I do not have great experience with the 850, so I just scan the posts and only answer when I think I might have a good suggestion.

I am a mechanic by trade - I have run an independent repair shop for over 40 years. I work on most makes and models, but I'm nearly 70 years old and I'm slowing down a bit. I'm not taking all jobs any more. I will not take the engine out of a Gold Wing, Harley or any other big bore street bike. I turn away all fuel injection problems, but I relish most electrical problems. My son is a general contractor. I fix his bike and he fixes my home and shop. I worked 25 years as a maintenance supervisor in a steel siding/roofing roll forming manufacturing plant. I have a degree in electronics, grew up on a farm and managed a Montgomery Ward store for 4 years, not in that order and that is not my complete resume.

Op, from your description, it sure sounds to me like either the fan breaker or relay or possibly an ECU issue. I saw where you said you replaced the breaker... You sure you got the right one? Sounds just like a RZR I worked on recently. It would cool/fan cycle perfectly while sitting or just cruising easy but when you got the machine under load for a few minutes the breaker would start overheating and couldn't keep up causing it to eventually overheat.

It sounds to me like you've covered all the mechanical/physical stuff. I'd first make sure the fan breaker and relay and the connections to them are good. If no joy there, I'd look into a ECU reflash. That could possibly correct the other codes you're getting too?
