Can someone tell me what the torque specs in ft pounds are for the castle nut inside the front hub with the Hillard clutch thanks in advance it’s a 500 sorry forgot to add that

Its inch pounds... about 115 in.lbs. That is less than 10 ft.lbs. Just a barely snug. Spin the wheel and tighten then loosen then tighten again till just snug but wheel still turns easily spinning the wheel all the while.

Ok thank you I’m having an awful time with this wheel new clutch and armature plate new bearings new seals and the magnetic coil seems to be working as it should but I can still stop the front wheel easily I’m out of ideas

Sometimes it just takes an experienced mechanic to solve the problem. You might have a worn or damaged part that you haven't discovered yet or perhaps used a wrong lubricant preventing the unit from working properly.

I don’t disagree but I changed every part and used Polaris demand drive oil so I don’t know what else a mechanic can tell me
