Can you name these wheels and tires?

Do these look like 12 inch wheels?? Can you name the wheel brand and model? How about the tires?

You the man!!! I think you might be right. However what throws me off is they don't look like a 0mm offset. Wouldn't they look a heck of a lot wider in the picture? Also any idea on the tires?

I didn’t look at the links but if they are claiming 0 offset and appear to be wider, they may be running spacers.

It is close.
On a 7” wide wheel it’d be a 3.5+3.5 opposed to 4+3.
