Will do, not sure when Iíll really start on it because I want to finish the ranger first. But it shouldnít be much more than a week or so.

Well started taking it apart today. Front diff is leaking oil so going to replace the seals in it. How the heck do you get that front diff out???? Itís way different than my ranger. Hereís some pictures of my progress. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...51b73b3da8.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...532889ace8.jpg

Sorry if they are a little dark. It got dark out when I was working on it. Basically got all the front apart. A arms off and axles out. Also took the front bumper off and some of the snorkels. On the rear I got one side completely tore down.

I also pressure washed the front a arms and degreased them getting them getting them ready for bushings.

Ordering ball joints tomorrow also. Figured it was time. Might throw in some tie rod ends too since Iím going to have 33Ē tires. Funds are getting low.

I also forgot to mention I have my oil leak back. Itís been leaking before from the drain plug. Iím pulling it and going to wire brush to see if I see any cracks. I canít get this thing to seal for shit. Anyone know the torque specs on it? I might not be tightening it enough in fear of stripping it. But Iíve never had any issues with my old 850 or my ranger.

Well things have been going really slow. The exhaust we found was leaking and we have to replace the header pipe and get a new exhaust. I pulled the clutches and the secondary is so worn where the square pucks ride that it too needs replaced. Probably going to go with a stock header pipe and rjwc exhaust. As for the secondary Iíll probably be going with a stm secondary billet clutch. Thoughts?

Did a little more work on it today. I was planning on changing the fluids anyway but I drained the rear diff and it was full of water. I pulled the rear diff since I was so close anyway and took it apart and going to replace the axle seals and I cleaned it really well. I also resealed the inner belt cover to the trans. Just to make sure it was still sealed. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...5f2b863b3e.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...3182a0dbfb.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9083492745.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...729a1dff56.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...a8ed91d3bc.jpg

Thanks i am still dreading figuring out how to get the front diff out without taking more stuff out. If all goes well with this one my other brother is going next weekend to get a scrambler 1000. Will be doing some mods to it. Lol only bad thing is family doesnít pay haha. Oh well itís all fun and is a good stress reliever.

As crazy as it sounds, I like working on it the mud bike, sometimes I cuss at it, but it’s satisfying when you’re out in the mud flats, everybody is crapping out, and your pulling everyone out all day.
Then go home and work on it some more,
fix it to brake it, brake it to fix it.
My saying for my mud machines.
Keep taking pictures, looks great.
