Did you ever get this fixed? I'm having a very similar issue.

Anson, they found a wiring harness was rubbed though on the frame, but they said that they believed I had dirty fuel and the injector was plugged up, so I had them replace it. After that quad did run but was never the same. Sold quad for 1200 bucks and told the guy everything before signing over pink slip, he believed he could fix it. Good luck man,

Thanks for the reply. I tore into it today and here are my observations so far.
Spark was good. Put a new plug just in case.
Fuel pump has good pressure and delivers plenty of fuel to the injector. My fuel pressure gauge didn't have the right fitting so I couldn't test the exact pressure, but I can hold my thumb over the hose fairly firmly and it will spray.
Removed the injector and inspected. Looked OK, but I'm no expert. I cleaned it with carb cleaner, air pressure and reinstalled. I connected electronics and tried starting it and it appears to spray a good pattern and what my untrained eyes sense as good.
Emptied fuel tank and put fresh gas (even though it had fresh before). Ensured I removed the anti-splash collar on the tank top when emptying all the fuel to make sure any bad fuel or debris was extracted. I poured everything into glass jar to inspect and didn't see any foreign debris in fuel.
Started it up and it seemed to run a tiny bit better, but it still stalls and runs erratically.
It seems to idle just great for a few seconds and then almost die or die. Same with riding, it seems to ride ok for a few seconds and then a sputter here and there. Stopping the machine and it will idle perfectly and then a few seconds later idle erratically or die.
Geez, why did I ever sell the little raptor 50?? That thing ran for 14 years without a hiccup and went through 4 kids and never missed a beat.
I'm basically at the end of my mech skills for this thing.

Anson, check the wiring harness, mine did the same thing. It's not noticable it runs on the frame. I feel your pain. I ended up finding my son a raptor 125. It's a great quad no issues. Its a clutch that's the thing that takes a minute for the kids to learn.

I cut all the zip ties to the wire harness, all lights, and handle bar wires. Inspected, and pulled everything away from frame and any metal. No joy.
Thank you for posting this as I would t have thought of this.
Iím going to post of video of what is happening in hopes you guys have some other ideas.
Again, thanks for the help.

I have/had the exact same problem. I signed up to this forum just to reply to this because it was so frustrating. Ended up being an O ring where the fuel pump meets the fuel pump housing The O-ring was pinched. Reset the O-ring on the quad is now running perfect. This closes weeks of frustration and hours of working on the quad. Hope this helps other people with the same issue.. no work has ever been done to the fuel system so I’m curious if it was installed this way from the factory and finally lost its seal..
