Question should i buy?

i found a 2007 outlaw 525 on kijiji for 3100. the guy said it had been stored for 7 years in his heated garage. would you be worried about any seals drying up?

Does it run?

Typical price for one in my area is about $2600 in good running condition. For a barn find that needs $1000 worth of parts and labor to have up to par, I might give $1000 if the owner had the tool kit, owners manual and title.

You have to swallow your own poison.

Garage
I can't comment on that price but "sitting in the barn for 7 years" does not equate to no deterioration.

Yeah - the price I was quoting was USD

If it's in good running condition, that makes a huge difference - most machines sitting in Illinois for just 2 years are pretty deteriorated - fuel systems gummed up, tires flat and starting to rot, battery dead, cables get sticky and mice move in.

It might be a good deal - party on
