1000 Scram motor vs. 1000 Rzr ??

Hey guys - anyone know the main reason why the 1000 Razer motor puts out so much more HP than the 1000 Scrambler? Aren't they essentially the same motor?

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the rzr 1k's engine DOHC as well, and that the reason they couldn't put it in the scrambler 1k was it was too large to fit without completely changing the chassis from the identical scrambler 850 chassis?
