I think that it is between 03 and 05. Left front brake cable moves the lever at the wheel a little, the right lever at the wheel doesn't move at all. What are the steps for adjusting them?
Must be an 03 - didn't offer a Scrambler 90 in 04 or 05
Provided the brake cam moves freely and the cables are not dragging - turn the adjuster at the lever to adjust the slack out of the cable so both brakes apply equally and the vehicle will stop in a straight line.
My kids 90 did the same thing, the cams were stuck in place. Took it apart, cleaned them then lightly greased them before reinstalling. Back to normal
