Let's see those lighting upgrades!

Hey all! Thought I'd start a thread about lighting upgrades. I've noticed the lights on these 1000 XP really seem to draw a bunch of power - I was surprised to see a 20amp fuse for the lights. I decided to swap all my bulbs out for LEDS, and I plan on adding a 12" LED light bar in my front bumper, and a rear light as a work light/reverse light.

I noticed the tail lights act really weird, the brake lights are fine but I can't seem to get running lights to work with LED. I'll need to do a little more research.

Let's see your lighting setups, and share your plans!

Here's my 3 LED headlights:

Thanks! The ones I used are like these:
https://www.ebay.ca/itm/2x-Fanless-8...0:pf:0&vxp=mtr

They're an 894 LED. The top one was tricky because there isn't a lot of space, I had to trim the rear of the bulb and seal it with silicone.

I did the same; LED light bulbs and I have a 14" LED Lightbar up front as well as a Bluetooth connected LED whip flag that can change colors, etc.

Looks good! I've always been curious in the difference between single row and double row light bars.

Going to try and put an 8 inch bar on front bumper and got two 4 inch cube floods for the back but can't figure out where to put the 4 inch cubes on back. Also trying to figure out where or how to run/hide wires for the front.

Got the rigid light bar, custom headlight replacement and replaced the top light with LED. It’ll light up the night.

Bought some LED lights off Ebay that fit right in the stock spot, nice lights, real bright. Also some pod lights from one of the trucks, wired into the stock light switch.

2017-2019 LED headlight bulb fitment issues

Here is a prototype we made to fix the LED headlight clearance issue on the newer Sportsman's. We made a cut out template for each side and a "bucket" or "insert" that fits in the hole. We used black butyl tape for installation. So far so good, keeps water & debris out.
