Hi,everyone.
I am new here.
How can I tell if I have a bad CV joint axle ?How to Identify Broken CV Axle : Why your vehicels' Axle Shaft Need To Repair ? Learned a lot from this article.
Another question ,there is a clicking noise from the front of my Sportsman 500 HO while turning and acceleratin,it is also caused by CV Joint Failure ?
If so,where I can get a new one and how much is it ? Just browsing online, there are many auto parts, have you heard hex auto parts before ? https://www.hexautoparts.com/polaris-sportsman-axles
Any good or bad experience?
I rellay hope someone here can educated me.
Thanks in advance.

Unless you've got giant tires and lifted etc. where you need specialized HD axles, the CV Man has good quality axles at VERY reasonable prices. I use them myself and have sold dozens to customers with never a complaint. You can Google him or visit his store on ebay.

CV Joint Axle Replacement

Hi,I know it was too late to discuss but I still want to share my experience.

I have a 2010 Polaris Ranger 500 4x4.Last month ,I bought a right (Passenger Side )cv joint axle from hexautoparts.

I don't know much about the professional skills but they provide some technical help for CV Joint Axle Replacement .https://www.hexautoparts.com/blog/post/Technical-Help-For-ATV-UTV-CV-Joint-Axle-Replacement.html

Now I have replaced a brand new axle on my Ranger 500.Runs smoothly,no vibration or clicking noise.

Good luck to everyone who have same issue and want to a DIY project.
