2012 -Weird no power from ignition issue

2012 Polaris 500

When I turn the key on there no power to dash or anywhere, nothing at "start" either. Worked excellent last week, parked since then.

All 4 fuses in front are good.

Lots of power at the battery

I checked the 6 wires at the key ignition;

12V + on the yellow wire always
12V + at the red with black with key "ON" and when key turned to "Start"
No power at any of the other 4 wires at any of the key positions.
NO power to the 12V power socket on the left side of the headlight assy ever

I tried 2 different ignitions thinking maybe it was the switch, but I can't see it being both ignition switches.

Is there another fuse or something somewhere? that I can't see?

What wire at the ignition is suppose to be "hot" when the key turns to start.

What should the voltage be at each of the ignition wires when key is "on" and "start"?

Frustrating

Red is 12V + from the battery - goes 3 places - one passes through a fusible link to the rec/reg - another goes to the fuse block and passes thru 2 fuses to become yellow and red - the third goes to a circuit breaker the to the fan relay

Key on connects yellow to red/blk - red/blk goes to the LH handle bar kill switch - switch on connects red/blk to red/wht - red/wht goes to a splice and splits 4 ways - 1 split goes to another split and splits another 4 ways - from the first split, one r/w wire goes to the AWD switch, another to the key switch - when the switch is turned to start, it connects to thered/wht to the wht/red which goes to the solenoid - another goes to pin 2 on the speedo plug

From the second splice - a red/wht wire goes to the fan switch - another goes to the fuse block, there it passes thru a 15 amp fuse and becomes a red/yel which goes to asplice and splite 3 more ways - another red/wht wire goes to a 20 amp fuse in the fuse block and becomes an orange/wht wire that goes to asplice and splits 3 ways - the final red/wht wire goes to a 3 pin plug where it becomes red on the other side of the plug and provides 12V + to the CDI unit

Key off connects black to brown to kill the ignition

Summary:
red is 12V + (hot all the time)
red/wht is hot when switch is on
red/blk is hot when handlebar switch is in run position
red/yel is hot when key is on and fuse is good
org/wht is hot when key key on and fuse is good
