4X4 Problem

I have a 2010 Sportsman 550 X2 EFI. Took it out yesterday. Half the time it would not shift into 4 wheel mode. When it would not shift into 4X4 the icons for Turf / 4X4 were not displayed. Checked connections. I feel like it may be a problem in the switch? Any help would be appreciated.

Have you every changed the fluids? Im no expert but seems the majority of the issues are fixed with a fluid change.

Called an was instructed to check connections, fuses, breakers, and relays. All appeared to be in order. Called back and was told to bring it in, that it would have to be hooked up to computer.
