The yokes will have some play on the shaft. You'll need a bright light and hold the yoke while wiggling the joint up/down side to side and then rotating back and forth. You have to look real close while wiggling to be able to tell the difference between slack in the shaft splines vs. play in the joint itself.
If you need to replace them, get joints that can be greased.
