It amazes me when people do crap with their machines that they are clearly not made for. No atv/quad is made to go mudding. You won't find in the manual "if the mud is deeper than 3'" etc etc. Not to say they won't do it, it's just not what they are made for. Blame Polaris all you want. The people try and cheat their way thru warranty and get mad at Polaris when it doesn't work. In aviation there is an old saying "one hour of flight time equals 10 hours of maintenance". People ride the sh** out of their machines and don't do squat for maintenance and then bitch. Not always but more often than not it's the owner's fault when something goes south.

Hey it's real simple "if u want to play u gotta pay" it's really just that simple. Running big and heavy wheels is going to drastically shorten many parts associated with the bikes drive train, steering, suspension, clutching, n breaking systems. You as the owner/rider either have to come up with a better solution to ur situation or be prepared to swap out OEM parts on a regular basis. Now as far as solutions for the parts u r breaking and replacing with the same strength parts that are going to break again in the same manner because of ur riding style; upgraded axels are easily sourced through many companies so that's easy. As for ur diff I would look into what the RZR guys are doing. I know there is a billet plate for the rear of the front diff that the RZR guys are using to prevent the yoke from moving excessively. If that piece is available for the 570 Idk but if my front diff was chewing up seals n bearings I would look into getting my hands on what ever solved that issue for the RZR's.

Listen ladies, This is not my first bike. I got three atv and a side by side all on mud tires all on stock axles. I guess all you dips sh*ts just own polaris and are used to this crap breaking all the time. This Poo Poo won't roll down the street with mud tires. Didn't know Polaris was a budget bike. But Thanks for input

Thank you bp405 for the Good Positive Info.
I did order the gorilla axles. There on back order for three weeks. Wondering if they make a shaft for my bike and maybe a diff too.

It seems you are mad at the wrong people man, that guy in the mirror is the one you should have beef with...lol...I have over 1500 miles on my quad with very minor issues and I ride it like I stole it. All these guys are saying is that if you mod your quad the way you have (lifts, tires, clutching) you need to go the extra step and beef up the other weak points before blaming your self inflicted problems on the manufacturer.

Polaris winches are cheap chinese garbage, my dealer wont push them. the axles have been crap since 2011 on ALL polaris machines, xp included. Be glad you did not buy an xp, or you could add bushings, ball joints, and frame cracks around control arms to the list.

I did have to replace the front bearings and a flimsy tie rod got bend some how. So basically the front end has been replaced. Because I put aggressive tires on for one very short ride. I guess I didn't catch the lingo when buying. Almost every other brand can ride on aggressive tires on stock axles for at least a little bit. My Polaris axles almost broke looking at the mud. This is not a serious mud hole I'm talking about here.

Heres the issue IMO... the steering ratios on the 2013 sportsman 500 is way too far. Especially in reverse in 4x4 full diff lock. RZR has steering stops but not Sportsmans.

When all four tire are spinning and one of the fronts catches and gives you a wheel jerk theres not much you can do to stop it.
